They can be worn on your wrists or ankles. They are so soft & stylish! I wear them in my Pilates mat and reformer classes. Pilates Bar This pilates bar is great for travel. It’s light and easy to take with you! Check out some of my pilates videos workouts on demand. Reformer Loops These Reformer Loops are great! They come in three different resistance. They add a little extra to my workout. Whether it’s squats or stretching I use them all the time. Socks Pointe Socks are my go to! They come in great colors and designs. A new pair of socks always gets me excited to workout! Foam Roller I use my foam roller almost daily. It feels so great to use after a workout. OR try one of my workouts where I use a foam roller to add a twist! Pilates ball Don’t be fooled by this little squishy Pilates ball. This little guy can make you sweat! Small, powerful movements are some of my favorite exercises. I love feeling the burn in my abs. Mat This grippy mat comes with me everywhere! Sponge This little sponge comes in handy especially when I’m doing reformer workouts. Helpful for anyone with pain while kneeling or on all fours.
