“I began mentoring with Jill at the turn of the winter of 2021. To say she is helpful and a fantastic teacher is truly an understatement. Each meeting we would choose a specific flow, or even specific movement, to review. With her patience, Jill accepted what learning style works best for me, and she would demonstrate workouts as I took notes for a more visual learning style, while she was also understanding of my kinesthetic learning type and would allow me to be the body during our mentoring sessions. This afforded me the opportunity to have clear takeaways after each mentoring session. She truly crafted a specialized mentoring program for me. Outside of our sessions, she always made herself available for Zooms or questions. She prepared me well to teach reformer for the first time. Jill understands the mind/body connection and incorporated that theme into our mentorship. It is so much more than a workout for Jill!
