Finding Your Why: From Pilates to Sound Baths
Reflections on the November Sound Bath at Faneuil Hall
This past November, I had the honor of hosting a Pilates + Sound Bath at Faneuil Hall in Boston. It was a special morning that brought movement, mindfulness, and the healing power of sound together in a truly iconic setting.
The experience reminded me of why I do what I do. Yes, hosting events like this is fun, but it’s more than that—it’s about creating a space where people can pause, reconnect, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. Watching participants step out of the session feeling clearer, more grounded, or just a little less stressed is always the highlight of my work.
Reconnecting with Your “Why”
In the fast-paced world we live in, especially within the wellness industry, it’s easy to lose sight of why we show up every day. For me, it’s all about being a positive part of someone’s journey—the part of their day they dedicate to themselves. Whether that’s through Pilates, training instructors, or hosting events, my mission is to help people feel their best in whatever way they need in the moment.
A Reminder for Us All
Events like this also serve as a reminder: everyone’s journey is unique. The highlight reels we scroll through on our screens don’t tell the whole story. It’s important to honor where you are—on the good days and the tough ones—and know that you’re not alone.
To everyone who joined the sound bath at Faneuil Hall, thank you for sharing this incredible experience with me. I hope you walked away feeling recharged, and I can’t wait to host more events like this in the future.
Stay tuned for upcoming sessions, and as always, I’m just a message away if you need support on your wellness journey.
